Wanna breathe fresh oxygen on the city's first green wall and shop some real fine design? Between the Opera and the Basilica, lies a little oasis of Hungarian fine art-design.Wonder how some fashion designer students can rent a showroom on one of our most beautiful squares? Well, they design noisy coats among other things:)
Owner of the shop Rita Erdős was inspired during her travelling when she met the Scandinavian, Italian and Canadian design. Admiring the unique and limited collections, she decided to open a gallery that sells Hungarian fine art creations.
mystic scarfs of Vereczkey Szilvia, ice and beton age jewlellry of Visy Dóri, immaculate leather bags pf Kaliczky Katalin, concrete solid home design Ivanka Concrete Design, fashion world of Artista and so on…During our visit the interior designer Ferenc Petrus introduced us one of the first green wall projects in Budapest which is on the façade of the shop. The wall is covered with live plants, which is supposed to increase the level of oxygen in the city’s air. Imagine the buildings of Budapest covered like this! Hmmm…Fresh air!

“It’s like a big, white wardrobe full of different styles which is always opened for those who are seeking for daring, innovative and high-quality clothing.”
They even had the chance to showcase their collection during the “Marie Claire Fashion Days” as the “Future Generation”. (The 'MC Fashion Days' is not a trade event, it is for the public which is why it is even better. Readers of the magazine got free access to the shows that were repeated over the weekend 2 times a day giving the chance to as many people as possible to view the collections.)
One of their breakthroughs was the “noisy coat” showcased during the “Design Week” as an interactive installation. The coat makes the usual noises from the designer room like the steaming iron, the clatter of the sewing machine ore the clapping of the scissors as soon as you move in it.
