One of the outstanding designers of the new generation is Sandra Sandor, alias nanushka, who quickly became a success, thanks to her playful way of designing which including uncommon cuts, clear lines, and modern fabrics combined with functionality. Her clothes are available at discounted prices at the Nanushka Beta Store until February 29th 2012 (1053, Budapest Deák Ferenc St.) in the Fashion street. During this time the Nanushka showroom (1015, Budapest Csónak St. 7) will be closed.
Multiple award winning designer Dora Abodi is renowned for her daring design, handcrafted details and uncommon use of materials. Her clothes are available at Showroom R9 (1091, Budapest Ráday St. 9) where you can also get the newest collection of Dora Mojzes modern and artistic apparels.
In the heart of Budapest, Black Box Concept Store (1053 Budapest Irányi St. 18.) offers a daily renewable collection of more than 25 Hungarian designer’s work at reasonable prices. Amongst these designers you will find the newest collection of Juhos Janka a jewellery designer, the beautiful and playful leather bags of Linda Siető or Viki Bajcsai’s recently launched clothing line: Imogen.
The Hungarian contemporary fashion shop (1054 Budapest, Kossuth Lajos u. 20), Mono fashion Store represents a wide range of Hungarian designers pieces such as Anh Tuan’s apparels and bags who is a leading fashion designer of Vietnamese origin. Anh Tuan started his own brand in 2006 and since then he became an international success with his pure and playful designs embodying luxury, elegance and sophistication. The Mono fashion Store, also offers a selection of other known and up-coming designers pieces including Use Unused, Szidonia Szep, Nubu, Artista, Nanushka and more.
You also shouldn’t miss visiting Retrock Deluxe (1053 Budapest Henszlmann Imre St. 1) one of the city’s first contemporary fashion store, visited by well-known stars such as Angelina Jolie.
